Jaden's Goodies

 

Berry Blast Smoothy!

 * 4 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries

* 1 cup of plain yogurt

* 1 cup of unsweetened cranberry or orange juice

* 1/4 cup flaxseed meal

* 3 tablespoons honey

* Fresh raspberries, blueberries, pears, or spinach (optional)

Put these in a blender then grind it. Pour it in a glass and enjoy!
